Prices are subject to change based on demand and will vary depending on the complexity of each individual project. All prices are quoted in € EURO and payment is via PayPal invoice goods and services only. Payment should be submitted upon finalization and agreement of the commission details by both parties.

●●  Any commission under € 200 needs to be paid full upfront.

●●  Any commission above € 200 is required to submit a 50% down payment to ensure and secure their order.

●●  A 10% fee will be added on top of every commission. 

A refund will only be granted prior to any work being done on the commission. (Fees and tips will not be included in potential refunds.)

Delaying payment for longer than 10 business days without notice will result in being moved to the bottom of the queue. If this occurs repeatedly, the commission will be canceled and you will be blacklisted.

All personal information that AfroDuckling requests for invoices, will be handled confidentially and will be used only for payment and tax purposes. If you have any issues regarding leaving your personal information, please let AfroDuckling know beforehand.

AfroDuckling only accepts commissions with a detailed, thorough vision, which can be discussed during a briefing. References such as images/videos/color schemes/fonts are more than welcome.

After the first payment is received, you’ll secure a spot on the commission queue list. Depending on the queue, AfroDuckling can give you an estimated time when the commission will formally start. Throughout the commission, AfroDuckling will keep you updated on the progress.

In the sketch phase, revisions will be more flexible. Please look at all sketch(es) carefully and thoroughly and let AfroDuckling know if there are any desired changes you would prefer, so they can adjust accordingly. Minor changes to the designs are free of charge.

●●  Significant changes to the existing, desired commission, which result in a continuation of the order, will result in an additional fee of 15%.

●●  Significant changes to the existing, desired commission, which will result in restarting the order, will result in an additional fee of 50%.

AfroDuckling is not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.

Chargebacks

●● You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

●● If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact AfroDuckling as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.

●● You are required to contact AfroDuckling when you need to cancel a commission request.

●● Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting AfroDuckling to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.

For all commission orders, you will receive low-res screenshots of the progress of the project through Discord or email. When the final designs are approved the final files will be sent through email (example; jpg, .png, WebM, mov, mp4). These will not include the source files. For the source files, there is an additional fee that will depend on the commission. Static emotes will be delivered by 112x112, 56x56 and 28x28 .png files. Animated emotes will be delivered by 112x112, 56x56 and 28x28 .gif files. Badges will be delivered by 72x72, 36x36 and 18x18 .png files. If you require different sizes for emotes/badges or any other designs let AfroDuckling know beforehand.

Upon approval of the final designs, the file transfer will be handed off to you within 5-10 business days. Since AfroDuckling also has another job next to these design commissions, there is a possibility of a delay in delivery but that will be communicated via Discord or email in a considerable time before final deadlines.

Illness, injury, or other events beyond AfroDuckling’s control, (e.g: theft, flying eggplants, or computer failure) may result in a delay of an unpredictable length.

AfroDuckling reserves the right to decline any orders that are against Twitch ToS this includes any racism, homophobic, transphobic, general anti-lgbtqia+ content, xenophobic, ableism, general discrimination, gore or extremely violent content, etc. AfroDuckling will also decline if you continuously change what they initially commission, are uncooperative, or are not respectfully and promptly responsive.

●●  AfroDuckling retains all rights to the source files and commercial use of these designs.

●●  The purchase or commissions of any design by AfroDuckling is intended and authorized for personal use unless otherwise previously agreed upon.

●●  For an additional fee, you may buy the full rights of the commission. The fee is calculated based on each project and can be discussed upon request.

●●  AfroDuckling is allowed to stream/record the process, and post the designs to their portfolio and on social media unless otherwise previously agreed upon.

●●  AfroDuckling reserves the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by you for other commissions or personal works.

●●  You are allowed to upload your commission to social media as long as you credit them with the handle @AfroDuckling or the website afroduckling.com when posted.

●●  You are NOT allowed to re-sell or repurpose the designs of AfroDuckling without written consent and meeting the agreed terms of AfroDuckling. If infringing content is found, a DMCA claim will be filed and other artists will be notified, if applicable.

●●  You are NOT allowed to make edits to the illustration, colors, animation or the design yourself nor claim it as made by yourself or by others.

●●  Nothing made by AfroDuckling may be used in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

●●  You are NOT allowed to use the designs of AfroDuckling for AI purposes and alike.
